About Us

I’m Randy Nittoli, a financial advisor, father, and community member based in Olney, Maryland. My mission is to help individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances so they can focus on what matters most in life.

Before becoming a financial advisor, I spent nearly 20 years in emergency management and paramedicine, including serving as a U.S. Diplomat. That experience taught me the importance of preparation, long-term planning, and having a trusted guide during critical moments.

As my own family grew, I saw how overwhelming financial decisions can feel for busy households. Today, I focus on helping families like mine build practical, resilient strategies that align today’s decisions with tomorrow’s goals.
