Trigger Point Therapy: A Home Stress Reduction System
Aspen Hill Body & Brain Yoga invites you to a free class on Trigger Point Therapy, with special guest speaker Dr. Mark Lubliner, of Lubliner Chiropractic. Dr. Lubliner will explain how to find trigger points for stress reduction and pain relief. This is a hands-on class so feel free to bring a partner. [The class will be repeated on Wed March 23 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm. You can attend either one.]
