The Greene Turtle: Tips for Tots Annual Event
It is that time of year to give back to our local community which means our Tips for Tots event!
The annual event is coming up on Wednesday, December 9th, 2015. Their tipped staff will be donating all of their tips that day to help purchase gifts for Toys for Tots. Last year, The Greene Turtle raised over $50,000 for local Toys for Tots overall. This year their goal is $70,000! They are also hosting a monetary raffle (50/50) and a multiple prize raffle.
Help them reach their goal and make the holiday season happier for local children by participating! Dine in at the restaurant and 100% of the tip you leave will go toward the Toys for Tots foundation or stop by and drop a new, unwrapped toy in the bin by December 11th.
If you are interested in making a separate donation to assist in their efforts, they will be collecting all donations on Monday, December 7th. If the donation needs to be picked up in person, please let them know at (301)-801-5668. All mail donations can be sent to the following address:
