The 97th MGH Annual Women’s Board Picnic & Bazaar

Known for delicious fried chicken, the annual Picnic & Bazaar is an Olney summer tradition! All funds raised support Women's Board pledges made to MedStar Montgomery Medical Center and their Scholarship Program, for students pursuing a degree in healthcare. The annual Picnic and Bazaar has been celebrated since the hospital's inception. It began as the "Hospital Supper" raising $1,000 in 1920. Throughout the years it continued to grow, from "The Supper & Bazaar" held at Sherwood High School to the annual "Picnic & Bazaar" held on the old hospital grounds. Each year, the event raises thousands of dollars for our hospital. It offers a wide array of activities, merchandise and fun! Booths include: •Books •Baked goods •Toys and stuffed animals •Antiques •Jewelry •Plants •Fresh Produce •…And more! There are great raffle prizes, a moon bounce for the kids, a DJ, performances from the local community and much, much more! It's an event you don't want to miss!
