Opening Reception: Summer Pastimes

Summer Pastimes is a collection of works by members of the Olney Art Association.  Join us for light refreshments and a chance to meet the artists at the opening reception.

Music proved by Orrin Star, an award-winning guitarist and mandolin player who combines hot picking, cool singing and good humor.  Once described as ‘Arlo Guthrie-meets-Doc Watson’, he was the 1976 National Flatpicking Champion, has appeared on A Prairie Home Companion, and boasts a repertoire ranging from bluegrass standards to little-known folk gems, Irish fiddle tunes to fingerstyle blues.
