Join us in Sandy Spring as Embrace Home Loans hosts our November networking event. Marcos Sanchez, a self avowed culinary buff, will be serving up Paella dishes, including a vegetarian option, to delight your taste buds.
Coming a week before sitting down to the familiar Thanksgiving Day spread, this is a perfect time for a traditional dish from a distant land.
Did you know "paella" derives from the Spanish "for her" (para ella)? Thought to have been prepared by fishermen to help their wives, its origins trace to the mid-19th century in the area around the Albufera lagoon on the east coast of Spain, adjacent to the city of Valencia.
To help Marcos prepare, be sure to RSVP early.
