You will learn how to apply the financial management practices, rules, and tools most relevant to small businesses.

Evaluating Contract Cost in the
Government Sector

How are you determining your contract costs? This class will help you gain a better understanding of the different types of contracts common to the federal government arena, such as IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity), cost reimbursement, and fixed price. It also covers the principles and guidelines of government contract audits and cost accounting principles as applied to daily operations.

Who should attend? Small, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses interested in  understanding best practices applied to setting costs on federal contracts. 

This class will be presented by Arthenia LeFlore, Procurement Specialist, Maryland Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC).
