Gifted pianist in both jazz and classical music, David Kane's style is cerebral, harmonic, technical, and stunningly beautiful. His style can be similar to Bill Evans one minute and Oscar Peterson the next. He's performed with Woody Shaw, Dizzy Gillespie, Nancy Wilson, Charlie Byrd, Dave Liebman and Branford Marsalis. He's also performed with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra, Kathleen Battle, Denyce Graves, Charlotte Church and Joshua Bell.
