Hero Dogs Fun Run/Walk

Puppy raisers and volunteers for Hero Dogs, Inc. are excitedly preparing for an event brand new to Hero Dogs! The Inaugural Hero Dogs 5K9 – A virtual 5K and 1K fun run/walk honoring our dogs’ namesakes and to raise funds in support of the mission of Hero Dogs, Inc.

Priority Registration ends Wednesday, May 5th, at noon!

There are multiple ways to participate! Click the button above to register for the 5K run or the 1K run/walk. You can also donate or sign up to fundraise as an individual or with a team! The running and walking will take place any time May 22nd through May 29th, but the fundraising is already well underway! Additionally, thanks to a generous, anonymous donor, all donations to this event will be matched up to $20,000!

Prizes will be awarded for the top fundraiser, best sweaty selfie, best race day costume (think patriotic!), best human/dog race team photo, and more! See who else is participating and invite Facebook friends on the Hero Dogs 5K9 Facebook event! We will also be holding a silent auction during the same week as the race: May 22nd through May 29th.
