DESCRIPTION:Not happy with your commercial or multifamily building's performance?\n\n\n\nWant to make your building more energy efficient?\n\n\n\nNeed some guidance on programs\, rebates\, and financing opportunities?\n\n\n\nJoin Montgomery County's Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the Montgomery County Green Bank for a dynamic\, hands-on workshop for building owners and property managers in Montgomery County\, MD. We'll have brief\, educational panels that will cover:\n\n\n\nUtility data access and EmPOWER Maryland programs for rebates and incentives\n\nPepco Service Providers who can highlight specific project types and success stories (including mechanical\, building envelope\, and renewable energy upgrades)\n\nHow to finance projects with C-PACE or Green Bank products\n\nFollowing the panels\, attendees can break out into small groups to get one-on-one technical assistance from the utility\, contracting\, and lending communities so building owners and managers can ask questions and get information in a stress-free environment.
